Ingenious Japanese Strategy of Trapping Tanks

Basically anyone who have played L4D long enough knows of the ladder bug, in which if the tank is climbing up a ladder and you are hanging on the ladder above it, it will get stucked below you. but these japanese have weird ideas of "disabling" these tanks.

Map: 2 evils eyes.

Situation: The 4 of us were above the sewers and the tank is below, trying to climb up the ladder amidst a zombie mob rush. JS got downed by normal zombies while rebion(ellis) were fighting off zombie mobs coming from the river. That leaves me and Ma-sa to deal with the incoming tank.

Solution:
If you ever try to look carefully, you should see that Ma-sa is not even holding onto the ladder. As soon as Ma-sa shouted "kitta~" and spots the tank climbing up the ladder, she drops right onto it's head to trap the tank... Yeah so basically, she can shoot while trapping the stupid tank. I don't even need to shoot the tank for her as she can handle it herself. Time to leisurely save my incapacitated teammate!!! Damn these japanese sure is fast when it comes to clever ideas.

Morale of the story: A tank's body may be big, but their brain sure is puny.

Random post 11/03/10

Yeah a random post. Some SSes for the week...

Beatup(Auditionsea)
Finally got a blue combo streak for Vari2ty!!! Such a hard song... got a 579 combo streak for it!!! Woohoo!!! Shall strive for no-miss(I believe it's doable!!!)

L4D2
O.O 72 percent accuracy???!!!
Witch at the entrance of the saferoom!!! How mad can it get!!! I really hope Rochelle really had our backs all covered...
Dead Air for L4D2 Expert Done!!!
Blood Harvest for L4D2 done!!!

Which leaves just realism expert for Swamp Fever and Death Toll Expert for L4D1toL4D2 custom map not done!!!

Japanese players really rox!!! In Dead Air Expert, it doesn't matter even if the stupid AI always walk to the tank to get incapacitated, the three of us will pwn the map in the end!!!

I found L4D1 maps to be seriously flawed... As in the gameplay is flawed. In Dead Air 3rd map after you activate the van to gatecrash, there will be mobs of zombies coming after you. So what do we do? Throw a bile bomb to the far front, throw a molly at the bile bomb, and RUN. Yes run. Instead of fighting the mobs, a bile bomb/molly combination does the trick, and the bile bomb gives us enough time to enable all 3 of us to run from the van gatecrash point to the saferoom without little to no resistance from the zombies. The power of bile bombs. Overpowered.

Also for Blood Harvest, played with another 3 japanese players, and the last map was hard. Hard as in, there are so little supplies!!! Hardly any mollies/pipebombs/bile bombs, as if that alone wasn't hard enough(imagine all 4 of us running through the field with mobs of zombies around us trying to get our throat in expert mode without pipes and biles)... At the end, when the tanks spawns, the special infected spawns with it too. Yes special infected spawning with the tanks, I dunno if it was deliberate or a bug from the custom mapmakers, but having to fight an expert tank is already hard enough, not to mention one tank in front of me and 1 charger PLUS jockey behind me. Luckily these insane japanese players knows how to cover me splendidly and even with little to no supplies, we hardly get damaged. The insaneness power of the japanese.

Amazing Day

Today was amazing. Or rather yesterday. I slept at 10pm and woke up 3am this morning. And went for a run at 5am. Yeap 5am. Came to the office earlier than usual.

During the weekend, went to watch this movie called All's Well Ends Well(Hua Tian Xi Shi 2010). All I have to say is... this show is super crap!!! Lame!!! Abit funny la, with all the pigeon letters and all the poems containing Jay Chou's song lyrics... But the movie has no storyline, lame jokes that at times are abit funny only... and... Oh well considering it is a new year's movie... but it's still so crap that I don't recommend anyone to watch this show. Rather disappointed since this show stars alot of old birds like Louis Koo, Raymond Wong(Wang BaiMing), Sandra Ng(Wu Jun Ru). If I were to review this movie, I WILL ONLY GIVE IT 1.5/5. Yeah that bad. If not because it is a movie specially for CNY, I will give it a lower score.
The girls are pretty though.

PS: I forgot about Corn's new blog address. He gave me before but I never saved it... Added back now since I found his bloggy linked from Celine's blog. AHAHAHAHA!!!

No Mercy 2 Expert!!!

Yes I have finally completed expert on a custom map.

Although I don't really consider this a custom map since it's a L4D1 map with L4D2 guns and melee weapons with L4D2 special infecteds. But then again, having a charger as your opponent just makes the game a tad harder.

Frankly speaking though, I wanna complete other custom maps like 2 evil eyes and freezer burn on expert difficulty. And Swamp Fever on Realism Expert. Bleh.

So long never update le. Well, life's still the same for the past few weeks. Some Mahjong games, pubbing, movies, dinners, talk cock sing song, went to meet Brown-eyed Girls, arcading, and yeah went to Serene's chalet. So long never see KunMing aka Kakaz le, he's still the same friendly emo guy that I like to be with. Saw KY and JF also, yeap KY is back just for Serene(Ok she's back for JF not Serene hahaha!!!). Then the usual RS peeps Doudou, and Noob was there too. Very refreshing chalet at a very memorable place(Pasir Ris Park, omg are my memories back to haunt me?) Either way I like being at Serene's chalet alot, I seldom see RS pple and having chalet with them is really refreshing. And really enjoying. Tanoshii!!!

Lately Linda decided to suddenly post on my fb. It's like, decades since she contacted me. Oh well since I am not together with Yanling anymore and since she's yanling's friend, I guess that's reasonable. Heard she's doing well with her bf!!! Happy for her~~~ I think this pig is going to get married much earlier than me... Although we are all pigs. grr. Different pigs different life!!!

I really love Linda's permanent title status on her MSN. And I totally agree with it.

爱情完美的地方，是无条件接受彼此的不完美。。。
